Try to find the root cause of the problem (excessive saliva). If the trouble is due to some drug containing bismuth or mercury, stop using the medicine.
Try to improve your dental hygiene and health. An alkaline mouth-wash, or some other soothing and cleansing liquid should be used to cleanse the mouth.
Clear up any infection by the use of good antibiotics. Extra vitamins may also help to clear up the condition.

Hoping our Doctor will prescribe an a antibiotic per your report. We have exhausted all recommended drugs including several OTC recommendations.
